About this project
Legacies Assisted Living is a 28 bed assisted living building located in the Village of Caledonia, MI. Legacies consists of 20 assisted living apartments, 8 memory care apartments and a variety of other amenities and administration offices. The project provided a higher quality of care senior living community designed with “City” and “Cottage” apartments with private bathrooms, living rooms, and bedrooms. LaCati partnered with CD Barnes Construction and The Wirt-Rivette Group to develop the Legacies assisted living center.
